All Sista Got Plans planners and journals are made to order. Please allow time for your order to be printed and prepared before it ships.

Production & Processing
Orders typically require 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Production times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is $6.00.

Shipping/transit time begins after production is complete. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Sista Got Plans is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at sistagotplans@gmail.com with your order number and, when applicable, photos of the issue.

International Shipping
At this time, Sista Got Plans ships within the United States only.
